The gooseberry is characterised by its sourness. It is no surprise that it contains the same amount of Vitamin C as a lemon. In preparing this refreshing fruit ice cream, we again used RAW processing of the input ingredients (up to 42 °C), thanks to which this type is full of health beneficial compounds.
